Library / IT
We are proud of our school library, which is home to a wide variety of French and English books. Open during school hours, it is an outstanding resource for the school and its students and families.
Our preschool and elementary school students visit the library with their classes once a week, to enjoy story time in French and to check out books for independent reading. Our middle and high school students visit the library on a regular basis to conduct research, to browse, and to select books for independent reading. The library, managed by our librarian, is an integral part of the Lyceum Kennedy curriculum.
All students from nursery to high school are provided with computer instruction programs carefully selected by our own teachers reinforce the school curriculum. Lyceum Kennedy’s curriculum goal is to teach students to be critical thinkers, aware of responsible practices in technology. It follows the objectives of the National Education Technology Standards (NETS) and the French Brevet Informatique et Internet (B2i).
