Accreditations
Kennedy International School is accredited by the French Ministry of Education and is part of the network of the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), which includes over 500 schools worldwide. To maintain this accreditation, representatives of the French Ministry of Education regularly inspect our school to ensure adherence to the French curriculum and educational practices. This allows our students to transfer easily into any French school in France or any other country throughout the world.
For grades Kindergarten through 12, Kennedy International School is recognized by the New York State Education Department. Our Nursery through Kindergarten grades are regulated by the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene.
Kennedy International School is an International Baccalaureate (IB) School offering the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) to 11th and 12th grade students. We are part of a worldwide community of over 5,000 schools that deliver IB Programmes to students to help create a better and more peaceful world through cultural understanding and respect.
